About R3
R3 Events works with organisations who are in a strong position to run commercial conferences but who lack the experience, expertise and the time to fully exploit their potential.
Working in partnership with R3 Events allows publishers, associations and exhibition organisers to host profitable conferences without the need for a team of in-house experts.
Our main focus is the sales and marketing of events but we are also in a position to take on programme research and conference logistics.
How we work
We tailor how we work to the client requirements for a specific project. In some cases we will devise the marketing campaign and be on hand to help the client deliver it, in others we will undertake all of the work on their behalf. Where appropriate we charge on a daily rate but more often we look to take a share in the financial success of the event.
Each new project starts with a face-to-face meeting at which we will get an understanding of the strengths and the needs of the potential partner. We will then propose options for how we might work together.
Who's who
Our team has been working in the conference business for many years and are specialists in different disciplines. R3 Events have a team of freelance event industry professionals who can be called upon to work on different projects as required.

“The Conference Awards 2011 was the best networking event I have ever
attended in terms of new business contacts, I took eight enquiries and
have another 20 – 30 contacts to follow up. Sponsorship of the Conference
Awards 2011 will be the best ROI we have so far achieved in 2011.” |
"A very professional and well organised event. As a sponsor,
I was particularly impressed with the calibre of attendees, and expect
to get some business from it. Already looking forward to next year, and
that is rare!" |
